Effective date: August 3, 2026
This policy explains how Victory Home Buyers collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through victoryhomebuyers.com and related property inquiries. It is intended for United States users age 18 or older.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, state, ZIP code, consent record, and information you later provide about ownership, occupancy, condition, repairs, timing, or reasons for selling. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
We also collect technical and attribution information, including landing and referring pages, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, browser/device information, IP-derived security information, and interactions with forms, phone links, and site pages.
How we use information
- Respond to and evaluate a property inquiry.
- Communicate by phone, text, or email as described in the consent disclosure.
- Route an inquiry to a specifically assigned affiliated or independent property buyer.
- Operate, secure, measure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and lead process.
- Maintain consent, opt-out, fraud-prevention, legal, and transaction records.
How information is disclosed
We disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, advertising, CRM, communications, and lead operations. Current providers or platforms may include Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile, Upstash, Dirt CRM, Google Places, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, and Microsoft Clarity. Google Places may receive address-search text to return suggested property addresses.
A property inquiry may be disclosed to a specifically assigned affiliated or independent property buyer solely to evaluate or complete the requested property transaction. Those recipients are expected to follow contractual restrictions against unrelated marketing, resale, and reuse and to honor applicable consent and opt-out requests.
Advertising identifiers and internet activity may be disclosed to advertising platforms for targeted advertising. Some state laws may define that activity as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Use our Do Not Sell or Share page to opt out.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about disclosures; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; withdraw communications consent; or appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Submit a request through the privacy choices page or by emailing info@victoryhomebuyers.com. We may reasonably verify your identity and authority before completing access, correction, deletion, or appeal requests. Opt-out requests do not require account creation. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals for the browser sending the signal.
Retention
Lead and consent records are generally retained for up to five years; security logs for up to 90 days; and analytics information according to the configured provider retention period. We may keep information longer when reasonably necessary for a transaction, dispute, legal obligation, fraud prevention, or an unresolved request.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date when we do.
